Want to be a CyberBears model? If you are 21 or older and consider yourself a bear or a bear admirer, fill in the form below. If you don't have a picture online, send us your photo via email to models@cyberbears.com. Send one or two jpeg images, 75K or less (color or B/W), and please include a face shot.

We will ignore any sumbissions that do not have a name and date of birth. We are in San Francisco, CA, and prefer to work with men who are in the area, or will be visiting.
